Help for members impacted by tropical storms in Florida

We’re taking steps to help our members affected by tropical depression storms get the care they need. If you’re impacted and you’re an emergency worker sent to Florida to respond to the disaster or if you’re impacted and live in Alchua, Baker, Bay, Bradford, Brevard, Calhoun, Citrus, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Flagler, Franklin, Gadsen, Gilchrist, Gulf, Hamilton, Hernando, Hillsborough, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lake, Leon, Levy, Liberty, Madison, Marion, Nassau, Orange, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, Seminole, St. Johns, Sumter, Suwannee, Taylor, Union, Volusia or Wakulla County in the state of Florida here’s what you should know:

  • If you’re on an Anthem prescription drug plan you can refill lost or damaged prescriptions at any pharmacy now.
  • If you use a mail order pharmacy you can update your address information by calling Member Services.

This relaxed pharmacy guideline is effective from August 30, 2016 through October 29, 2016.

The guidelines do not apply to Medicare Advantage, Medicare Part D or Federal Employees Health Benefits Program members. These programs have specific guidelines.

If you need additional support, call the Member Services number on your ID card or select Customer Support on this website.

We hope you and your loved ones stay safe
